Orders are processed on weekdays only and usually ship within 2-14 days. Deliveries will be made via USPS or UPS. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS loyale assures the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact service@loyaleclothing.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all tags attached along with a copy of your original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return. In case goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed. All credits to your account will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned items. In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customers charge. When using loyale issued discount codes, please follow the same return policy as above.
